Every order placed on Speed Cartel is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. They apply solely to customers residing in the United Kingdom.
3. Orders
By confirming an order on our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order showing signs of prior payment incidents, possible fraud, pricing errors, or questionable delivery details.
4. Product Information
We make every effort to describe our items accurately and with care.
Minor differences in appearance, shade, or finish may occur because of your device's display settings, photography and lighting conditions, or ordinary manufacturing tolerances. Such variations are not regarded as defects and do not, on their own, entitle you to a refund.
5. Prices
All displayed prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
We may change our prices at any time. The price of your order is fixed once checkout is completed.
6. Payment
Online payment is made using the methods made available at checkout.
An order is only firm once payment authorisation has been successfully processed and confirmed.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver only to addresses located within the United Kingdom.
No delivery charges apply and there is no minimum purchase amount required.
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and generally break down as follows: order preparation takes 2 to 3 business days, and transit takes 5 to 8 business days. Expected total delivery is 7 to 11 business days from the date the order is placed.
Your order may arrive in several shipments depending on stock availability and logistics.
8. Parcel Marked as Delivered
If tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps: check with neighbours, building management, or any safe drop-off spots, and contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost and the address you provided was correct, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund at your request.
If the delivery failed because of incomplete or inaccurate information you supplied, replacements and refunds will not be available.
Please report a non-delivery within 45 days of placing your order. Beyond that period, the delivery is treated as completed.
9. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refused Deliveries
Under UK consumer law, you have a 30-day return window starting from the moment you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the error came from our side.
Parcels left unclaimed or refused may lead to a deduction of up to 25% of your order total to cover the costs we incur.
Once we have received and inspected a return, refunds are processed within 10 days, usually back to the original payment method.
10. Damaged or Faulty Products
Please contact us straight away if your item arrives damaged or defective, attaching photo or video evidence.
After reviewing the case, we may: repair the item, send a replacement, or issue a refund if neither solution is workable.
We do not cover damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, incorrect setup, tampering, or normal wear and tear.
11. Statutory Guarantees
All products sold here are covered by UK consumer law guarantees.
When an item fails to meet the required standards, we will first prioritise repair or replacement. A refund becomes available if those remedies prove unrealistic or impractical.
12. Liability
Speed Cartel cannot be held liable for consequential or indirect damage, misuse of products, or occasional website unavailability.
